This hostel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from the main street and close to all the major attractions. the beds are super comfortable and the rooms are spacious, with big lockable drawers for your belongings. the staff at this hostel is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. the breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options including fresh pastries and homemade Ajvar. the hostel also has great facilities like a lounge with a PS4 and a garden with hammocks to relax in.

We had an amazing stay at Sunset Lake! the hostel had great shared areas including a well-equipped kitchen, dining room with games, and a terrace. the owner, Gyoko, was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. the location was perfect, close to the lake, beautiful churches, the theater, and the center of town. Everything we needed was provided, and we felt right at home.

I recently stayed at the Sunny Lake Hostel in Ohrid for three nights and it was the best place I've stayed in during my three months in the Balkans. Giaco, the manager, is an amazing host and made me feel right at home. The hostel offers free towels, Wi-Fi, and a delicious daily breakfast. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of clean bathrooms, and Giaco speaks fluent English. I highly recommend staying here for a great experience in Ohrid.
